MAC Mineralize Blush is the blush version of the iconic Mineralize Skinfinish. Formulated with baked minerals refined into a powder formula, the Mineralize Blush claims to provide an exceptionally sheer application plus a lightweight formula that glides onto skin to achieve luminous color that builds lightly, layer after layer, without heavy coverage. It also veils and enhances the cheekbones with pearlized shimmer.
Compared to Mineralize Skinfinish, the Mineralize Blush comes in a smaller compact, the same size as regular MAC Powder Blush.
There is a nice selection of colors available, which are all fairly pigmented.
• Pleasantry is a cool-toned pink with gold shimmer.
• Dainty is a muted yellow pink with gold shimmer.
• Utterly Game is a shimmery dirty coral.
All three colors applied smoothly and worked beautifully on my NC30 skintone. Instead of the all-out shimmer you can sometimes get with MSFs, they gave off a more refined shimmery pearl that added radiance and made my cheekbones pop.
MAC Mineralize Blush is available at maccosmetics.com, MAC and Nordstrom for $21.
