Not only do makeup artists and models list eyelash curlers as one of their must-haves, they are so huge in Asia that almost every single girl that I know, even those who do not wear makeup, owns one! So here are some reviews of the eyelash curlers that I have.
||MAC Full Lash Curler ($11)
I had pretty high expectations of this but when I finally got it, I had to say it was a huge disappointment. Not only did the curve not fit my eye but it did absolutely NOTHING for me! It was simply no different from those $2-3 plastic eyelash curlers you could get at the drugstore and my lashes were hardly curled. Sorry MAC, I worship all of your eye products and brushes but this is not doing it for me.
I have been using this religiously for two weeks now – twice a day on my thigh area and once on my face every other day – and half of the 60ml bottle is almost gone. So far my skin has gotten smoother and is definitely less dry. My stretch marks have also faded slightly and my thigh area just feels nicer and a lot smoother. I have also tried applying this on a zit on my forehead (yes I do get them too!) and even though I hardly scar when I get zits, this seemed to help it heal faster. I will continue using this and will update in a month.

After DHC’s Olive Virgin Oil comes the oh-so-famous Bio-oil (~$16 for 60ml)! Being voted one of the best skincare products in various countries, the product is now available officially in the US. Since I figured some of you would be interested in trying it, I went and bought a bottle at Boots today. I will be using this twice every day as instructed and I will update regularly so I can share my experience with you guys.
My latest obssession is the oh-so-cute French line Bourjois which is famous for its cute little pot packaging. The line has been around since 1863 (that’s over 100 years, now how impressive is that?!!) and is manufactured by the same company that makes Chanel’s cosmetics.
Below are some of my favorites from the line. If you guys need help getting anything, definitely let me know! Bourjois is a little cheaper here in London and they always do promotions on new and existing products.
||Little Round Pot Blush ($13.50)
This is the product that got Bourjois its fame. I have Rose d’or 34, which is a shimmery rose petal pink color that is too too gorgeous to resist. It goes on super pigmented with a sweet rosy smell and when I apply this on my apples, it makes me look like a doll. I’m definitely going to start collecting these.
Here are my thoughts of the products used during my makeover at Giorgio Armani Cosmetics.
When MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural was first launched last summer, it was completely sold out in Chicago and even the testers were gone. So when they were finally re-released with the MAC Mineralize Skinfinish & Satinfinish Collection, I was SUPER stoked to try them out!
