L’oreal Voluminous Miss Manga Mascara Review, Swatches and Photos

Ever since last year, I had been hoping and praying that the L’oreal Mega Volume Miss Manga Mascara that debuted in Europe would make its way to the US. I mean a mascara that claims to give you huge manga eyes? I WILL TAKE IT!! And now the American version, L’oreal Voluminous Miss Manga Mascara, is finally here!

L'oreal Voluminous Miss Manga Mascara Review
L'oreal Voluminous Miss Manga Mascara

Boasting a Mega Impact formula with a 360° flexor brush to catch those hard-to-reach lashes, the L’oreal Voluminous Miss Manga Mascara promises to build oversized volume for 15X lash volume from top to bottom for a wide-eyed manga look.

There are 3 shades available – Black Brown, Black and Blackest Black (featured in this review) – and a Waterproof version as well. In Europe, the mascara is also available in Turquoise and Violet.

The brush was super bendy, even more so than Rimmel London Glam’Eyes Mascara and you could literally bend it to a 90 degree angle. That along with the conical shape made it very easy to get to the corners and bottom lashes.

The semi-wet formula coated my lashes with ease and dried off quickly. A few coats instantly lengthened and thickened my lashes without much clumping and you could keep piling it on for more drama. The mascara also wore very well with zero flaking or smearing yet washed off easily with warm water.
