MAC Eye Kohl ($13.50) is a soft pencil eyeliner that claims to line, define and shade the eyes with rich color and a silky smooth, matte/pearl finish.
I have Smolder, a basic black color. It was very soft and super easy to apply. I also loved that it is ophthalmologist tested and safe to use on the waterline, even for contact lens wearers like me.
The only downside to kohl pencils? It did smudge – like CRAZY. Having said that, it is great for creating the smoky eyes look. But if you have oily skin or the habit of rubbing your eyes, do not even think of getting this.
