Inspired by a dark, mythical forest, the Nicole Miller A/W 2015 collection featured deep jewel tones and called for a “smoky Chelsea girl” beauty look in shades of brown and dark, rich nails.
At Jason Wu A/W 2015, the look was all about barely-there beauty with a hint of neutrals on the eyes and soft, natural waves.
Paying homage to “La Moss”, lead artist Val Garland working for M·A·C Cosmetics created three gorgeous looks for the Monique Lhuillier A/W 2015 runway show.
Spanish brand Desigual continued its awesome nail art streak at the A/W 2015 show with a look that was “inspired by an artist’s sketch board, mood board, color stains and brush strokes”. To get the vibrant artsy look, manicurist Keri Blair first mixed M·A·C Studio Nail Lacquers in Before Dawn, Vestral White and Quiet Time for a khaki, grey-green base color before adding layers of gouache paint with a fan brush, toothpicks, mascara wands and straws. Next, she applied M·A·C Studio Nail Lacquer in Sparkledust using a dry-brush technique and finished with M·A·C Studio Nail Lacquers in Nocturnelle and Vestral White for extra texture and dimension.

Inspired by the joy of flight, the Tadashi Shoji A/W 2015 collection evoked a feeling of weightlessness and aerodynamic seaming that inspirits movement. This translated into a gorgeous beauty look with gold glittery eyes, glossy lips and a sponged nail.
