Glossier Perfecting Skin Tint Review

November 29, 2016

Over the holidays, I picked up a few more goodies from Glossier, including the Perfecting Skin Tint and Stretch Concealer.

The Glossier Perfecting Skin Tint comes in a small clear squeeze bottle with a white cap and contains 1 oz / 30 ml of product. It claims to add an imperceptible wash of color that evens out discoloration and leaves your face looking toned, smooth and dewy – while still looking like a real human being.

Ingredients include:

Diamond Powder for a brightening, blurring and pore-minimizing effect.
Glycerin to help skin attract and retain moisture.
Polymer X, a secret weapon to give an ever-so-slight lifted look to the face.

There are 5 super sheer, adaptable shades available. Medium, the second lightest shade, was slightly darker than my NC20 skintone, but still blended perfectly into my skin.

The ultra thin texture reminded me of M·A·C Face & Body Foundation. It felt super lightweight, blendable and buildable. With just a few drops over my beloved Glossier Priming Moisturizer, my dehydrated combination skin looked more even, dewy and just so natural!

As expected, the coverage was minimal – you could definitely see my freckles and undereye circles. Nonetheless, I find it good enough for everyday. Plus you can always mix this with another foundation or liquid concealer for more coverage.
