Latest from Rimmel London, we have ScandalEyes Retro Glam Mascara, an innovative mascara with an hourglass brush to plump lashes, fan them up and out for bold, wide-eyed volume.

Like the rest of the ScandalEyes mascaras, the ScandalEyes Retro Glam Mascara comes in a huge chubby tube. The black and white packaging has a’60s retro vibe that is very fitting for its name. There are 2 shades available – Black and Extreme Black – in both regular and waterproof versions.

At first, I was a little intimidated by the size of wand. That thing was HUGE and much bigger than what I would normally prefer. However, the hourglass shape – a smaller tip and bigger base – worked out quite nicely in getting those hard-to-reach lashes in the corners and really gave the outer lashes a lift. On the bottom lashes though, I would stick to mascaras with a longer, thinner wand like the Rimmel London Glam’Eyes Mascara.

The formula instantly added length and volume to my lashes without too much clumping. And like most of the Rimmel mascaras I have tried, it wore really well without flaking, smudging or running, yet washed off easily with warm water.
