To complement the bright collection at J. Mendel A/W 2014, makeup artist Dick Page working for Maybelline created a gorgeous monochrome look on the models.

Face
Dick used Dream Fresh BB Cream to prep the skin. He followed with Shine-Free Foundation Stick to add extra coverage where needed so that the skin looked “real”. Next, he applied Face Studio Master Glaze in Plums Ups for a light, sheer blush look.

Eyes
The eyes were shimmery but intense. Dick used the lightest shade of the Expert Wear Quad in Autumn Coppers up into the brow and in the corners of the eyes. Next, he used Eye Studio Master Smoky Shadow-Pencil in Scorching Brown along the upper lashline then defined the lower lashline with the two darkest shades from the Expert Wear Natural Smokes Quad. Finally, he coated lashes with Great Lash Mascara.

Lips
Lips were first prepped with Baby Lips Dr. Rescue, followed by Color Sensational Lipstick in Deepest Cherry. Dick then blotted lips and reapplied the same lipstick shade to the inner lip to add dimension.

Nails
Nail artist Honey painted nails with 1 coat of Color Show Nail Lacquer in Better In The Buff followed by 1 coat of Go Nude.
