Dewy skin reigned the runway of the Valentino Fall 2013 Couture show at Paris. To get the look, “mix moisturizer into your foundation and apply it like skincare,” says famed makeup artist Zing. Add a dab of highlighter (nothing beats NARS Copabacanab Illuminator) onto the “C” shape along the top of the cheekbones to just under or above the brows and finished with curled lashes and just a tinge of color on the lips.
