Besides the Making Pretty Face & Eye Brush Set, I also brought home the new, limited-edition MAC Taste Temptations Mattene Lipsticks.
Nocturnal Instincts is “a mid-tone greyed lavender” with tiny red sparkles. It showed up a muted nude pink on my lips.
Night Blooming is a bright “mid-toned blue pink” and a tinge darker than Outrageously Fun from MAC’s Glamour Daze Collection.
Seductive Intent is a “vivid purple” that is similar to MAC Violetta from the permanent line. It is just a bit darker and more purple than Night Blooming.
As expected of the Mattene formula, these applied opaque and very creamy, despite the semi-matte finish. They are also vanilla scented and the slimline design makes it so easy to apply. I normally get a good 5-6 hours of wear with Mattene lipsticks and these were no different.
See a FOTD of me rocking another Mattene lipstick!
MAC Taste Temptation Mattene Lipsticks are available at MAC stores and maccosmetics for $15 each.
