CoverGirl LashBlast Fusion Mascara Review

The new CoverGirl LashBlast Fusion mascara finally made its way to my door!

The mascara comes in a bright violet tube just like the original LashBlast mascara. The brush is also on the bigger side with lots of bristles. While it works nicely on my upper lashes, applying it on my lower lashes or smaller areas can be tricky.

As for the results, the mascara does give my lashes a nice lift and provides decent volume but does not seem to lengthen as well as the LashBlast Length (could be the brush?)

Just like other mascaras from the LashBlast family, the LashBlast Fusion wears well without smearing or flaking but comes off easily with a makeup remover. It also does not leave my lashes dry and brittle.

Below is me wearing the LashBlast Fusion on my left eye (right side in the picture). I like my lashes really dark and dramatic and the color I have, Black Brown, gives a more natural effect.

With and without the LashBlast Fusion

Overall, I am not particularly impressed with the mascara. I don’t find it that much different from the original LashBlast. I will stick to my favorite LashBlast Length topped with a volumizing mascara.

Overall Rating:

The LashBlast Fusion will be available in-stores nationwide this April for $8.99. You can also get it at an exclusive online pre-sale. To find an e-retailer, visit www.Facebook.com/COVERGIRL beginning March 12th.

  1. I saw this product and I thought it was just perfect! Volume, length and great seperation is EXACTLY what I want!! I really honestly think that the result may be different on me since my eyelashes are obviously different. I like the fact that it won’t leave my eye lashes brittle or dry, and the masscera won’t flake. Thanks for the review! Excited to try this out!
