Glamour Girls Must-haves

* False eyelashes. Long, lush lashes are the key to the come-hither sex kitten look. Try Ardell and MAC for different lengths and styles.

* Red lipstick and liner. Even Dita herself stressed the importance of this in her book.

* Flawless matte skin. It does not matter if you are a porcelain princess like Dita or a bronze goddess like Christina, just make sure your skin is polished and matte. Powder your entire face especially the t-zone with a velour puff and keep shimmer to a minimum.

* Black liquid liner winged on the outer corners. Enough said.

* Perfect eyebrows with a high arch. Be it bushy or thin, defined eyebrows are crucial to pull the look together.

* An oh-I’m-sexy attitude.

  1. Your blog’s great!
    Keep it up.

    -Another Azn *lol*

  2. Hi! I love your blog and you are so talented! I love the eyeliner in the Hollywood Glamour look. I’m learning how to tightline…The liquid liner I use is ALMAY, and it comes in a little bottle with a spongy tip. It took me a while to do it because lining under my lashes then above my lashes left a gap. I had to wiggle the tip around my lashes. Do you think I’m better off just using cake liner?

  3. hi! i’m new here.. i just want to ask.. what shade of blush would go with the red lips? a pink or a peach-toned one? :)

  4. I have a question that is completely unrelated to this post, but have you ever heard of the makeup brand “Bare Minerals?”

    If so, what do you think of it?

  5. Ava, I personally would go with peachy blush but I think it all depends on your natural skintone and the color of your blush. If you want to use pink, that’s perfectly fine. Just make sure the color is not too bright or else it would clash with the red lips.
