MAC Mineralize Skinfinish NaturalI missed out on MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural when it was first released in the US last summer. It was completely sold out in Chicago and even the testers were gone. So when they were finally re-released with the MAC Mineralize Skinfinish & Satinfinish Collection, I was so stoked to try them out!

MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural is basically a baked face powder with minerals to provide “a dimensional yet natural-matte finish”. Unlike the regular MSFs, this is not shimmery and offers very sheer coverage. It is recommended as a setting powder, to create texture or for touch-ups.

The powder is very finely-milled and goes on super soft without accentuating dry patches or adding a lot of color. The sa used Light on my t-zone and Deep Dark as a blush. I don’t know about the Light but Deep Dark looked *awesome* on my cheekbones! It literally gave me runway model cheekbones which was hottttt!

I ended up getting Medium Plus, a good match for my NC30 skin. When buffed into the skin with MAC #187 Stippling brush or a Kabuki brush, it makes my skin really radiant. If you have oily skin though, this product will NOT keep shine at bay (try MAC Blot for that).

Yay to MAC for making this permanent!
