Getting bored with your regular eyeshadows? A quick way to vamp them up is to add a darker color with a pencil liner or cream eyeshadow underneath. This makes the color on top so much more vivid and adds a little twist to it. It can also bring out the sparkles in certain eyeshadows. Don’t believe me?
