Reverse Cat Eye at Nicholas K A/W ’14

A reverse cateye with lots of lashes dominated the runway of Nicholas K A/W ’14. “It’s really just a modern egdy twist on a classic cat eye,” explained Avon Global Celebrity Makeup Artist Lauren Andersen. “The bold geometrically bottom-lined lashes were balanced with a more neutral lip.” Catch the 411 on the look after the jump!

Step 1. Using a foundation Brush, apply Avon Ideal Flawless Invisible Coverage Liquid Foundation to face.

Step 2. Contour cheeks with Avon Smooth Minerals Powder Foundation in a slightly darker shade than the liquid foundation.

Step 3. Using Avon SuperShock Gel Eyeliner Pencil in Blackout, paint on a bold line on the lower lashline and extended the line beyond the eye to create a reverse cat eye.

Step 4. Apply false lashes to the bottom lash line, then paint on two coats of Avon Mega Effects Masacara in Black to make lashes pop.

Step 5. Finish with Avon Ultra Color Absolute Lipstick in Caramel Comfort.
