Working for NARS Cosmetics, lead artist Val Garland created a gorgeous look with intense eyes and luminous skin at the Roland Mouret Spring/Summer 2013 show in Paris.
“This girl is a reckless rebel, which you can see in the eyes, but she still has an impeccably fresh look to her skin,” said Garland. “Like the girls Herb Ritts would photograph – very sporty.”
