Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Lift Age-Correcting Eye Creme Review

February 22, 2011

Combining Life Re-Newing Molecules, Black Tourmaline, South Sea Pearls along with other sea plant extracts to repair, recharge, restore and give you the ultimate lift on every level, Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Lift Age-Correcting Eye Creme promises to deliver the most dramatic age-correcting results ever.

Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Lift Age-Correcting Eye Creme

The eye cream had a nice, blendable texture that sank into the skin easily. It felt lightweight, never greasy and worked very well under makeup. Although it was not the most moisturizing eye cream out there, it did an excellent job in keeping my eye area puff-free and wrinkle-free.

I also loved using this as a lip cream (a trick I picked up from runway makeup artist Christopher Kam during a makeover). I have the driest, flakiest lips all year round but whenever I applied this to my lips, they became instantly softened and any lip product I applied afterwards glided right on.

And to justify the $100 price tag, the eye cream comes in a generous 50 ml tub so you actually get a lot of product that will last quite some time.

Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Lift Age-Correcting Eye Creme is available at select Estee Lauder counters and Nordstrom at $100.

I love the Advanced Night Repair and have no problem with the cost, but for some reason, $100 for an eye cream just doesn’t work for me. Do you have any drugstore brands you’d recommend for eye creams?

Thanks for the review! But I believe you got the weight wrong. There’s only 15 mL of product in there instead of 50 mL!
