I *love* using MAC Fast Response Eye Cream ($27.50) in the morning! Packed with caffeine, this eye cream is a great wake-up call for my eyes and it does help with puffiness. I also like how it dries so fast and preps the eye area for makeup – my concealer just glides on after I put this on! I do not recommend using this at night though because it is not very moisturizing.
