This Halloween, I finally dressed up as one of my favorite video game characters of all times – the strong and mighty Chun Li from Street Fighter!
With Halloween just around the corner, here is a skeleton makeup look I did. What will YOU be dressing up as this year?
Dark lips has always been a signature look for fall. And this year, the ethereal gothic look was turned up a notch with shades ranging from deep rose, wine stained to dark purples. At Derek Lam, various shades of brown, maroon and burgundy were mixed together to create a saturated stain while Bibhu Mohapatra (top right) paired dark cherry lips with a wet, metallic eye. Taking things to the extreme was Veronique Branquinho (top left), where models donned an ultra sophisticated glossy purple lip, courtesy of red lipstick mixed with purple eyeliner.
Here is my very own version of the smoky blue purple cat eye from Jason Wu A/W 2013. I used slightly different colors but hope you guys like the tutorial either way

With the launch of The Great Gatsby movie, I wanted to try my very own 20s makeup look. I chose a smoldering smoky eye in shades of purple, black and gold and paired it with a signature ’20s bow lip in red.
