NARS Euphrate Eyeshadow Review, Swatches and Photos

To balance the bold bright colors in the NARS Summer 2013 Collection is Euphrate, a new “frosted mint steel”.

The color is a frosty cool-toned gray with a tinge of green. MAC Perverted Pearl and the left side of NARS Vent Glace are both lighter and cooler. Against my NC30 skin, it worked great as a lid color and a highlighter.

The shadow applied smoothly with decent pigmentation, though I did need a few layers to really make the color pop. Without a primer underneath, I experienced fading after 4-5 hours. But over my favorite NARS Pro Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base, the color stayed vibrant all day.
