  1. So the blue eyeliner you used was just the MAC eyeshadow in Cinders? How does an eyeshadow come out so pigmented? It’s so pretty I need to get it now!

    • Yes Annie! I used the Blacktrack as a base to help make the color pop… the same trick (adding a black under your eyeshadow) will work with any other colors.
