Runway Beauty: Richard Chai Love Fall 2013

At Richard Chai Love A/W 2013, makeup artist James Kaliardos working for Maybelline New York gave models a wash of taupe shadow and nude lips to complement the military-inspired collection.

Face
Maybelline New York Dream Fresh BB and Dream Lumi Touch Conealer were used to create fresh, flawless skin. Eye Studio Color Tattoo Metal 24HR Cream Gel Shadow in Barely Branded highlighted and enhanced angles on the bridge of the nose and upper cheekbones.

Eyes
Eye Studio Color Tattoo 24HR Cream Gel Shadow in Tough as Taupe was smudged over the lids up to the brow bone and then dramatically fanned out to the sides ending with a defined line, creating an updated smoky eye look. Master Shape Brow Pencil was used to brush and lift the brow, which were then set with Great Lash Clear Mascara for a bold, undone look. The look was finished with The Rocket by Volum’ Express Mascara at the base for an ultra-thick lash line, mimicking the look of liner.

Lips
Baby Lips in Quenched provided the perfect base for lips, which were topped with Color Whisper by Color Sensational in Bare To Be Bold.
