Another palette that caught my eye from the Holiday 2008 Collection is Shu Uemura Eye Color Palette in Midnight Winter Sakura ($65).
The new, limited-edition NARS Holiday Palette ($50) contains six shimmery eyeshadows from the existing line that are too gorgeous to resist!
Lynda P (abitnerdy)!!! Congratulations Lynda – I will get in touch with you shortly!
As for everyone else, thank you so much for taking part in the giveaway! If you did not win this time, you can always try your luck in my Sleek I-Divine Palette giveaway!
The Multiple has always been one of the cult products in the beauty industry and now NARS has combined two Multiples in a compact to give you the Multiple Duo ($45) that is available only for a limited period of time.
Encased in the NARS signature black, mirrored compact about the size of the Holiday eyeshadow palette (which I <3 btw), the Multiple Duo can be used on the eyes, lips and cheeks. All colors are super lightweight, great to blend and create such a nice, subtle glow to the face.
I have Orgasm/South Beach, which consists of a shimmery peachy pink paired with a shimmery apricot. While Orgasm looks great as a blush on my NC30 skin, I find South Beach to be the winner in this pair. It looks great as a wash on the eyelids, on the hollows of the cheeks for just the right amount of contouring and along the bridge of the nose as a highlighter.
For my second Christmas giveaway, I am going to give out a Sleek I-Divine Palette in Original that I raved about!
To enter the giveaway, simply leave a comment here including your name and e-mail address. The giveaway ends on December 28th, 2008 and is open to US residents only. The winner will be announced here and contacted via e-mail. Good luck!
With its latest Chill Collection
, MAC brings us a palette of cool-toned colors in pinks and grays. Overall, the colors in the collection are pretty but if you are a MAC regular, nothing will really jump at you.
