Christina Aguilera looks smoking hot in the latest Tell Me music video with P. Diddy! Below is a breakdown for her look as requested.
Eyes
Apply a gunmetal eyeshadow (try MAC Knight Divine) over the entire eyelid. Blend a darker color like MAC Black Tied on the crease and extend outwards slightly. Next, highlight the inner corners with a shimmery grey like MAC Electra. Line both upper and lower lashlines with a black pencil and finish the look with tons and tons of mascara.
Cheeks
Cheeks are contoured with a peachy brown color like MAC Sheertone Shimmer Blush in Sunbasque along the cheekbones.
Lips
Lips are lined with a slightly darker neutral color (try MAC Spice Lip Liner) and filled in with a pink lipgloss like MAC Prrr Lipglass. Not exactly my kind of look but hey, it works for her.

sure I will do tutorials on both after the new year =)
Hey! I read your makeup blog a lot and I have a really big question.
Today, I just went out and bought Rimmel London’s powder foundation as well as L’oreals bronzer in the color: Blessed.
How do I apply the bronzer? O_o Does it go under my foundation? Over it? I mean, can you do a tutorial or maybe show some examples?
Thanks! Looking forward to a response!

Hi Phyllis, I just found your website tonight and I love it. Great stuff. I was wondering if you’ve ever considered putting some of your makeup (especially eyeshadow) tutorials on youtube? It’d be very helpful and you could reach an even LARGER audience. I’ve always felt you can only get so much from pictures and for me, with eyeshadows at least, I can never blend or “shape” my eyeshadow properly. My eyeshadow always looks like 3 lines on top of each other or just messy. Please help! Thanks!
Cheri, the bronzer should go on top of your foundation. Here’s an entry about the topic that I did before:

If your face always looks red, you might have rosacea which is basically a skin disease that affects the middle third of the face, causing persistent redness over the areas of the face and nose that normally blush – mainly the forehead, the chin and the lower half of the nose. Do some research online and see if you match the symptoms.
i was just wondering about the eye colors you picked…are they the same as what shes wearing or they just really close?
They are close.
