At Marissa Webb Spring 2017, Maybelline makeup artist Gato created a cool girl who is strong, yet knows how to let her natural beauty shine.
Gato started by prepping the skin with Dream Cushion Foundation (launching January 2017) where needed. He used the FaceStudio Master Contour V-Shape Duo Stick on the upper cheekbone area just for slight definition, but not for a full contour.
On the eyes, Gato used Eyestudio Color Tattoo Concentrated Crayon in Grey Crystal all over the lid, blending it in well. After he applied the crayon, he went back over it with a makeup wipe to gently lessen the intensity of the color so it looked worn-in. For the bottom lash line, he applied Eyestudio Color Tattoo Concentrated Crayon in Bronze Truffle and then carefully dusted matching “craft glitter” to accentuate the eyes. Mascara was then applied to the top lash line with Falsies Push Up Angel Mascara in Very Black (launching October 2017).
To finish the look, Gato gently tapped in Color Sensational Creamy Matte Lip Color in Touch of Spice to the lips to create a soft, natural lip hue.
