I love Xtina’s style. Gotto try out the red lipsticks she recommends, I dont have any red ones 🙁
Thank you for putting the list up !! Always nice to know what celebrities use!

I looked for the Smoke and Diamonds eye shadow on the MAC website, and it says they are sold out! 🙁

I never tire of Christina’s effortless and modern approach to a timeless glamour. I look to her whenever I want to look and feel sexy and classy. She inspires me and my friends to experiment with different looks and to have fun. Afterall, isn’t that what makeup is for!!

What I notice about Christina’s polished appearance is that she invests in her “signature” looks. Be it those pouty red lips or the soft blonde hair and defined brows, she knows what works for her and she makes sure to enhance those features every time. She reminds us to keep what works fresh by reinventing our “signature” looks. What’s your signature?

I love Aguilera’s songs and looks. She’s beautiful in all ways. I have subscribed to your blog too when the subscription thing first came out. It’s so much easier than visiting the site 24/7 for updates like I did before. !

I love this post! I’m always curious about what celebrities have in their makeup kit. And I always get excited if they use the same product I do!

christina is flawless – and that works for her and against her. anyone remember the days when she looked like she used a makeup gun? i understand the need – i work with cameras and lighting, but she is blessed with a flawless complexion, and the camera loves her – less is more, in her case (if we could all be so lucky). I got tired of her old hollywood glam look quickly because frankly, i found it too overdone: one or two nights out is fine, and i like that she made it her signature look – but i loved it even more when she was a fresh-faced genie in a bottle, and even more so now that she has retired the red lip and opted for a sheer berry. gorgeous!
oh, and to the first poster – if you want to try out red lips, I definitely suggest the revlon shades, they have an incredible colour payoff for a fraction of the price of NARS (and even MAC for that matter) and if you set it properly, it’ll last! i’ve let girls loose on the runway and for shoots without a second thought.

of course christina would list her own perfume as a beauty must have lol.

my constructive comment- i love the new layout, but the only problem i have with it is that sometimes you continue the entries on another page. i know you do this because of the length of the entry, but i would rather prefer you post the entire entry instead of Click Here to Read More! some people, like me, are too lazy to click :P.

I’ve always loved her voice. She looks so pretty too! I’d love to try out that conditioner! Thanks!

I saw that on a previous entry you said you got top hat and smoke & diamonds, I was wondering if you could a FOTDs on it. Oh by the way, I love your FOTDs & EOTDs, please do more because I think they're inspiring and the way you put those colors look really nice & are unique because I wouldn't even think of putting those colors together.

Oh I would also like to know your Must Haves because I'm a newbie at makeup and I'm Asian… so that'll definitely help me.

    Haha..thanks!

I love Christina Aguilera to death but I wouldn’t take makeup advice from her in a million years. :/ As for the “makeup gun” comment, I could not stop myself from laughing because that’s exactly how it seems to me. Her makeup is too heavy and extra bold for my liking. I’m not trying to insult her, but her look is not for me.

Wow, is this really Christina? She looks different… of course, gorgeous!

I really like how you have such a variety in types of entries, covering so much in the subject of beauty.

wow, she looks so pretty in that picture, i like it best when she has the natural look. sometimes her red lipstick is overpowering. but everything she has is mostly high-end brand. arg cant afford it ><"

Yah, Christina isn’t always this gorgeous. I just saw pics of her on OMG!, and she looks like she fell into a tank of bronzer,..among other things,..HOWEVER, I would like to try out Laura Mercier’s Secret Camouflage Concealer since I can’t find Barbara Daly anywhere!! On a side note, Phyllis, you are a eyeshadow blending guru!!!!! I was looking at some past and recent eotd , and I only hope I can become that good.

She looks completely different here! I think I like this natural look on her more. Although I like Christina and I like knowing some of her top beauty must haves, I have to say I found the post on your makeup bag and top beauty must haves much more exciting! Celebrities have so much money and make up artists and stylists at their disposal so its always much more interesting to see what “real” peoples beauty must haves are. Nonetheless, thank you for this post and please keep us informed on other celebrities beauty must haves!
