The laid back and loose silhouettes was the inspiration behind the “part grunge, part bohemian, traveled-in-style look” at Tibi Spring/Summer 2014.
Makeup artist Alice Lane for Maybelline New York applied FIT me Foundation in one shade darker than the models’ natural skintone all over the face, including eyelids and ears for an even base. She brushed Dream Bouncy Blush in Coffee Cake lightly on the cheeks, across the forehead and décolletage for a sun-kissed effect. On darker skinned models, Dream Bouncy Blush in Candy Coral was used.
On the eyes, Alice drew a straight smooth line across the lashline then up and out towards the temple with Studio Color Tattoo 24HR Cream Gel Shadow in Too Cool. Next, she used the same color was used on the inner corners of the eyes before coating the upper lashes with Falsies Big Eyes Mascara in Brownish Black. The eyebrows were brushed up and out with Master Shape Brow Pencil.
Finally, she finished the look with Baby Lips Lip Balm in Cherry Me across the lips for a bitten effect.
