At Naeem Khan Spring/Summer 2016, models rocked a quintessential feminine look which complemented the collection of gowns that represented a fairytale romance with vivid colors of the Mediterranean.

Makeup: Gato for Maybelline New York
Nails: Julie Kandalec for essie

Gato started with Fit Me! Dewy+smooth Foundation and Face Studio Master Conceal Concealer on the face. He brightened the eyes with Dream Lumi Touch Highlighting Concealer and contoured the edges of the face and cheekbones with Face Studio Master Contour. He added a touch of blush on the apples of the cheeks, blending in the faintest bit of Lip Studio Color Blur in Cherry Cherry Bang for a flushed pop.

On the eyes, Gato brushed the soft satin beige hue from The Blushes Nudes eyeshadow palette onto the lid before dusting blush from Master Contour on the crease. He traced the upper lashline with Eye Studio Brow Precise Shaping Eye Pencil in Deep Brown and finished with a single coat of The Push Up Drama Mascara in Black on upper lashes. Next, he filled in the brows with Brow Drama Pro Palette and set with Brow Drama Sculpting Brow Mascara in Translucent.

Finally, Gato completed the look with a subtle berry stained lip using Baby Lips in Quenched and patting Lip Studio Color Blur in Cherry Cherry Bang using his fingers.

Inspired by the ornate, bejeweled pieces found throughout the collection, Kandalec created a nail design that mimicked jewels trailing down the nail. She started out with one thin coat of Topless & Barefoot and one coat of Limo-scene. Then, she dotted Set In Stones on the nail near the cuticle, working the glitter toward the free edge for a gradient effect before finishing with Gel Setter Top Coat.
