New BB Cream Inventions by Garnier and Laneige!

July 14, 2011

With the BB Cream craze growing stronger and stronger, companies continue to launch new BB-related products and below are two of the latest, one-of-a-kind inventions.

Garnier Skin Naturals Light BB Instant Fairness BB Eye Roll-On is the world’s first BB roll-on product for the eyes. It contains brightening pure lemon essence, caffeine and mineral pigments for sheer coverage and long-lasting wear. Sounds just like the Garnier Skin Renew Anti-Dark-Circle Eye Roller that is available in the US doesn’t it?

Another new BB product is the Laneige BB Essense Balm, a gel that uses semi-solid stabilization technology so it transforms into liquid upon application. The formula is enriched with Liquid Crystal Essence and skin-nourishing nutrients to protect, whiten and moisture. There are two shades available, Shimmer Brightening BB #1 and Natural BB #2. It also contains SPF 33 for sun protection.

Funny that the U.S. is catching on after a decade. Hopefully the Garnier one and future releases will deliver!

I wanna try the Garnier too but from what I know, these BB products are only available in Asia.

I am usually pretty good at spotting new products. I saw similar Garnier roll-ons at our local Walmart store here in Spokane. I think it was that brown roll-on. Look around some more, I am sure I saw it in the States! Also you probably know about Olay eye brush-on applicator tinted cream, I’ve heard it helps people as well. 🙂

I personally don’t think Garnier really produced much of a BB cream… Their BB cream doesn’t even BEGIN to compare to the ones you get from Asia. I mean, I’ve had friends literally fly to Korea pretty much just for the BB cream. If you want the real deal, then you need to get it from Korea. I would personally recommend MISSHA’s BB cream. Etude House, Hanskin, Skin79 and BRTC are pretty popular too, but MISSHA works really well for me, without being too pricey.
