One of the biggest highlights during my trip to Cosmoprof is meeting Jan Arnold, the co-founder and style director of CND and getting a taste of their upcoming Colour & Effects collection.

The new collection consists of 50 gorgeous crème colors that range from the palest creams to the darkest black along with 15 effect polishes in Pearl, Shimmer and Sparkle formulas. You can either wear the Colour polishes on their own or top with an Effect polish to create up to 800+ different colors. Talk about versatile!

CND has also kicked their formula up a notch to make it faster-drying and revamped the packaging with a sleeker bottle, rubberized cap and flat brush for even easier application.

Colour polishes in #536 Eclectic Purple, #538 Blackjack, #540 Dark Ruby and Effects Polish in #536 Raspberry Sparkle

Jan’s personal favorite is #538 Blackjack topped with #562 Jade Sparkle but I have yet to play around with my polishes to find out mine. I will post swatches asap so maybe you guys can vote for me?

The Colour and Effects bottles will be available in September at select salons and spas nationwide for $9 and $11 respectively.
