* Make Up For Ever Flash Color in Black to line the top and bottom
* Taiwanese Falsies on top
* L’oreal Telescopic Mascara in Black on bottom lashes

Top Hat is a “dirty indigo” color with a bit of navy tones in it. A close dupe is MAC Fertile but Fertile has slightly more red in it.
