Shiseido Maquillage Mascara Combing Remover

I have always loved
Unlike traditional mascara removers currently in the market, the Mascara Combing Remover comes in a twist-pen design with a comb on the top. This means no more pushing the wand in and out of the tube and having residue go back into the tube after you have removed the mascara plus you can actually clean the comb and wipe off mascara bits with a tissue – how hygienic!

To use the device, simply twist the end of the pen a few times and wait for the remover to get dispensed onto the comb. Next, comb your lashes as if you are applying mascara. Wait a minute or two for the product to dissolve your mascara and wipe off with a cotton pad. No rinsing is necessary. How cool is that?

I have had a couple of mascara removers that came with a wand but sadly, they all failed miserably. I am definitely going to pick this one up and report back. If you have this, let us know how you are liking it!

  1. I checked this out today at the Shiseido counter. It’s $120HKD. I didn’t buy it because I think q-tips work better for me 😛 but if you wanna try it I can always pick it up for you :)

  2. Thank you Phyllis for keeping us informed with all the cutting-edge technology products in the cosmetic industry! This is a very nice concept–shampoo & conditioner in one. I’m wondering if this is more cost-effective than purchasing WP make-up remover and Shu Uemura lash repair…

  3. im definitely waiting for this review. Saw it in an online store and was wondering whether its good or seriously juz gimmick

  4. Can’t wait to see this review. Japanese cosmetics are of high quality, so I have faith in this new invention :)

  5. Hi..I was wondering if you could tell me where I would be able to find this product..I can’t seem to find it on the Shiseido they have it only in the stores?

  6. just came across your blog today, nice blog :)

bought this product today, used it and love it! easily cleans off even waterproof mascara. one down side to it is that it was slightly irritating my eyes while i left the gel on my lashes (to wait for it to desolve the mascara). other than that it’s all good
