MAC Makeup Looks: In Mode

I really liked these looks from MAC so I had to post them on here:

This classic smoky eye look is *hot*. Pair it with a nude or pink gloss.

Use Clear Brow Set to groom brow hair. Highlight the brow bone using Crystal Avalanche Eyeshadow (white with silver reflects). Apply Scene Eyeshadow (muted blue-grey) to the lid with the 252 Large Shader Brush. Line the upper and lower lashline with Smolder Eye Kohl (black). Apply the 7 Lash and let dry (trim before applying if necessary). Using the 209 Eye Liner Brush, apply a line of Blacktrack Fluidline (black) to the top and bottom lash line in a cat’s eye shape. Fan upwards with the 212 Flat Definer. Pat Black Tied Eyeshadow (midnight black with silver white sparkles) on your whole lid to set the smokey eye. Using a clean 209 Eye Liner Brush, line the inside corner of the lower lash line with Silverstroke Fluidline (richly metallic platinum). Finish the look by applying Black Mascara X to both top and bottom lashes. Start at the base of the lashes and wiggle upwards.

High Brow

Fill in your brows with Spiked Eye Brows. Highlight the brow bone using Vanilla Eyeshadow (soft pale peachy-ivory flecked with shimmer). Line the whole eye with Smolder Eye Kohl (black) and smudge for a sexy smokey effect. Sweep Patina Eyeshadow (muted taupe brown with golden shimmer) across the full eyelid. For more depth, use Brun Eyeshadow (muted blackish-brown) and blend into the crease of the eye. Apply the 3 Lash (trim before applying if necessary). Finish with a coat or two of Fibre Rich Mascara in All Black.

This is my favorite look. It looks so soft and feminine yet sexy at the same time.

Make your brows fuller by using Lingering Eye Brows and setting them with Omega Eyeshadow (soft muted beige-taupe). Pat Dazzlelight Eyeshadow (neutral with silver/copper reflects) on the brow bones. Apply Grain Eyeshadow (soft golden beige with icy shimmer) all over eyelid. Line the upper and lower lashline with Engraved Powerpoint Eye Pencil (black). Apply the 2 Lash (trim before applying if necessary). For exact application, use the 219 Pencil Brush to apply Knight Divine Eyeshadow (carbon black with silver/blue reflects) above the upper and below the lower lashline for a soft sultry look. Top off the look with two coats of Zoomblack Zoomlash.
