According to WWD, Lady Gaga and Cyndi Lauper will be the latest to join MAC’s Viva Glam campaign.

The campaign will be named “From Our Lips” and a Viva Glam Gaga Lipstick and a Viva Glam Cyndi Lipstick, $14 each, will launch in the US on March 18 2010 and globally throughout the month. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the MAC AIDS Fund.

We all know Gaga is famous for her crazy performances and wacky sense of style, I really wonder how her Viva Glam ad and lipstick would turn out.

Here is me wearing the new MAC Viva Glam VI Special Edition Lipstick. MAC describes this is a “soft blue pink” but I do not see much cool tones. On me, it shows up as a your-lips-but-better rosy color which is perfect for the everyday look. Thanks to its Lustre formula, it is also fairly moisturizing and easy to wear. I will definitely be grabbing for this a lot.

My girl Ongina from RuPaul’s Drag Race won the MAC Viva Glam Challenge on Monday’s episode and was crowned MAC Viva Glam Spokesperson for a day (yay!)

In the tradition of charitable giving of past and current MAC Viva Glam Spokespersons, she appeared at the MAC Flatiron Store on Wednesday to help raise awareness of HIV/AIDS. She also presented a $25,000 check on behalf of the MAC Aids Fund to Hetrick-Martin Institute at the Harvey Milk High School, an inclusive voluntary New York City public high school that is open to all students, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion or physical abilities.

She sure is looking ferosh in the ad and I am really lovin’ the lip color she’s wearing! I will find out what shade it is and let you ladies know asap!

And remember MAC donates 100% of all proceeds to the Aids/HIV Fund so go and get your Viva Glam Lipstick/Lipglass today!

Singer of hit single Glamorous, Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson, has followed the footsteps of Dita von Teese, Eve, Christina Aguilera, Lisa Marie Presley and many more as MAC’s latest Viva Glam girl.

“I have been a fan of Viva Glam for a long time – I have been following the campaign for years and I think it’s a great outreach,” said Fergie. “I have friends that are proud of being careless, that haven’t been infected or who have been and aren’t bothered by it. I want to educate people.” She also likes that Viva Glam ads are never your typical cosmetics shots: “MAC picks people like RuPaul, Mary J. Blige — people that are a little controversial and aren’t afraid to speak their minds,” she said. “I’m very proud to be a part of it.”
