Once again, Make Up For Ever is the official make up sponsor for this year’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim and here are the looks created on Day 1.
At the Dolores Cortés show, makeup artist Lottie created a beautiful safari-chic make up look inspired by bohemian references of the 50’s Parisian woman, combined with acid and exotic colors from Bells Beach in Australia. The end result was a palette of shimmering greens and golds.
To go with the gorgeous Chanel Cruise 2011 Collection that debuted at Saint-Tropez earlier this week, Peter Philips, Global Creative Director of Chanel Makeup, gave the models a “natural, effortless” look with dewy skin, defined lashes, coral lips and a new pastel color on the nails.
To go with the beige collection at the Chloe Fall 2010 show, Charlotte Tilbury for MAC gave models “makeup of French actresses… Dominique Sanda… Carole Bouquet…very expensive and ultra luxe.”
