Once again, Make Up For Ever is the official make up sponsor for this year’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim and here are the looks created on Day 1.
At the Dolores Cortés show, makeup artist Lottie created a beautiful safari-chic make up look inspired by bohemian references of the 50’s Parisian woman, combined with acid and exotic colors from Bells Beach in Australia. The end result was a palette of shimmering greens and golds.
At the Lela Rose Resort 2011 presentation, Australian makeup artist Napoleon Perdis gave models a coral lip, flushed cheeks and peachy/nude eyes. It’s quite a different take from my Coral FOTD but looks *so* soft and pretty! Read on to find out what was used to create the look.
To go with the beige collection at the Chloe Fall 2010 show, Charlotte Tilbury for MAC gave models “makeup of French actresses… Dominique Sanda… Carole Bouquet…very expensive and ultra luxe.”
At the Peter Pilotto A/W 2010 show, Lisa Houghton from MAC used an interesting combo of orange and blue was to give models a “chic, polished” look with “a bit of quirky attitude”.
