Inspired by Moctezuma the Aztec emperor along with Avatar’s tribal-eco message, the Jean Paul Gaultier Spring 2010 Haute Couture collection is full of colors, huge hats, braids, leaves and even feather. While I can’t picture anyone actually wearing the over-the-top collection, the colorful, tribal makeup is definitely something that I like (and they used my favorite MAC pigments to create this look too!)

Described as “silver and pastel” by Karl Lagerfeld, the Chanel Spring 2010 Haute Couture collection is one of my favorite couture collections of all time. Not only is the soft silver eye makeup and bright coral lips super gorgeous, the Lady Gaga-esque bow hair adds a sense of sweetness to the equally beautiful collection of suits and dresses.
