Forest green paired with gold is always a good combo to wear on the eyes for Christmas. And the best part is? It works for both day and night!
If you are looking to do a simple Halloween face without having to splurge on new makeup, try a fairy look. All you have to do is dig up those shimmery eyeshadows, add in a bit of glitter/rhinestones and throw on a pair of falsies.
Now that I’m feeling much better, I finally got to play with the MAC Make-Up Art Cosmetics Fall 2009 Collection goodies I picked up =)
Summer is almost here so here is me doing a lighter, softer FOTD that you can easily dupe in less than 10 minutes.
I have always *loved* getting my makeup done by the pros and this time, I got to meet with Kohl’s National Beauty Expert, Kathy Snider, who has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years, for a makeover. Since I wanted something soft and wearable for the day, Kathy decided to recreate the look from Flirt! Cosmetics’ latest Green Envy Spring 2009 collection on me.
“Green is a great alternative to brown – a color we have been seeing a little too much nowadays,” says Kathy. “It can also make you look more rested by making the whites of your eyes appear whiter.” Why? ‘Cos “green counteracts redness.” So true!
