How To: Rock Green Eyeshadow
Since it is St. Patty’s day, I would like to write about one of my favorite eyeshadow colors – green.
As we all know, green is notorious for making brown eyes pop. It is also an uber versatile color – you can pair it with blue, purple, gold, black and brown plus you can create different looks with different greens. For a sultry look, do a smoky eye with a darker, mossy green. If you just want a hint of color to brighten up your eyes, pick a pastel green. Go with a bright green when you’re in a fun mood.
Here are some of my picks that would look *hot* on Asian eyes:
* MAC Emerald Green Pigment
* MAC Chartruese Pigment
* MAC Green Gamin eyeshadow
* MAC Humid eyeshadow
* MAC Sprout eyeshadow
* MAC Swimming eyeshadow
* Stila Kiwi eyeshadow
* Shu Uemura ME Green 555 eyeshadow
* Shu Uemura ME Green 550 eyeshadow
* Urban Decay Mildew eyeshadow
* Jane Twilight Zone eyeshadow
* Milani Clover eyeshadow

How To: Revamp Your Eyeshadows
Getting bored with your regular eyeshadows? A quick way to vamp them up is to add a darker color with a pencil liner or cream eyeshadow underneath. This makes the color on top so much more vivid and adds a little twist to it. It can also bring out the sparkles in certain eyeshadows. Don’t believe me? Just check out the combos below (the color on the right is the original color):

MAC Smolder Eye Kohl + MAC Gorgeous Gold Eyeshadow

Different Types of Eyeshadows
Today I will write about the different kinds of eyeshadow on the market.
Powder Eyeshadows
They are the most common kind of eyeshadow and also my favorite. They usually come in pots or pans in different finishes – shimmery, satin, frosty, matte, glittery etc. Their shelf life is roughly 2-3 years and generally longer compared to cream eyeshadows and glosses. My favorite brand of powder eyeshadows are MAC and Stila.
