At Anthony Vaccarello A/W ’14, the look was all about a graphic eye in shades of red and black. “Anthony’s collection is graphic and modern, edged with accents of color. I created a makeup look in the style of graphic fashion illustrations with ultrafine lines of black and red to accent the eye. The look is sophisticated and arty cool.” explained lead artist Tom Pecheux, Estée Lauder Creative Makeup Director.

At Derek Lam A/W ’14, Estée Lauder Creative Makeup Director Tom Pecheux paired a strong eye in shades of green and gray with a rosy nude lip. “Derek’s collection is strong, urban, ethnic-inspired with an emphasis on texture. The makeup look is strong, yet fluid, with pools of gray and green surrounding the eye. I was inspired by water, a lagoon, deep and cool.” said Tom.

At Derek Lam S/S 2014, Estée Lauder Creative Makeup Director Tom Pecheux created three different eye looks on the models. “It opens with a minimal look that enhances each model’s natural beauty, followed by an added unique edge, and closes with a sexy summer look. The skin is a creamy natural base with a gradually golden eyeshadow and a satin nude lip. The eyes transform with the addition of a navy cube added to the corners along with navy liner under the eye and mascara on the upper lashes, “explained Pecheux.

For the third season, Estée Lauder sponsored the beauty look at the Anthony Vaccarello Fall 2013 show. “Anthony’s collection is bold, graphic, a strong statement in black and white. I created a monochromatic makeup look with a strong focus on lips, using deep burgundy, and repeated it on lids for moody eyes. This intense pop of color is striking against perfectly matte skin, pale and translucent.” said Tom Pecheux, Estée Lauder Creative Makeup Director.
