First, MAC brings us Mineralize Charged Water Cleanser, then following suit is NARS with its new Makeup Removing Water. Cleansing water, a staple for many in Europe and Asia, has officially made its way to the US!
During my last trip to the MAC store, I picked up two new products from the latest Mineralize Skincare Collection.

Remember the H2O Plus Sea Pure Cleansing Body Oil that I loved? Recently, I got to try out a few more products from the Sea Pure Natural Anti-Aging Skincare Line and below are my favorites.
Proper cleansing is the first step to clear skin, which is why I have been practising the Asian Double Cleansing routine for over 10 years now. The routine involves using two complimentary products, normally a cleansing oil to dissolve makeup and sebum followed by a creamy/foamy soap to remove residue and gently exfoliate. I have tried all kinds of products out there and my newly discovered Kanebo Sensai Silky Purifying Cleansing Oil and Silky Purifying Creamy Soap, are handsdown the best!
Earlier this month, I found a good use to my $15 off Sephora gift card and picked up Philosophy Hope For the Best 3-in-1 Skincare Set. The set contains a 4 oz Purity Made Simple, 1 oz Hope In A Jar and 0.25 oz Eye Hope.
Kenzo’s newest invention, Cleansing Ice Jelly, is definitely not your ordinary cleanser. It contains Ginger plant water and Ginseng extract to clean and tone while stimulating circulation and improving blood flow for younger-looking, glowy skin. But what sets it aside from other cleansers is the texture. It goes on very lightweight, like a white jelly but turns clear with a water-like consistency upon skin contact. It also feels very gentle on the skin and cleanses with no tight/greasy feeling.
One word of advice, if you wear waterproof mascara or heavy makeup, this will not do the job completely. But as a cleanser for the AM in the upcoming hot summer months, this is perfect.
The Cleansing Ice Jelly is available at www.kenzousa.com and all Kenzo counters for $28.
