With Eyeko Magic Liquid Eyeliner, you can now get more out of your powder eyeshadows and use them as liquid liner!
All you have to do is dip the applicator into a powder eyeshadow and the clear, fragrance-free liquid will instantly transform the powder into eyeliner.
The felt-tip applicator also makes drawing on even the thinnest line so easy, minus any tugging/poking at the skin. And once the liner dries off – which only takes seconds – the color stays vibrant until I take it off. I have used the product with eyeshadows from MAC, Yaby and Stila and it worked great every time.
My only complaint is cleaning the applicator. Eyeko says to wipe the tip after each use but I find it very difficult to get the color off and the tip even fell off after a few tries.
Other than that, this is truly a bottle of magic and a great addition to any makeup collection!

Here are a list of kohl liners that I have tried!
![]() |
Be Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful Kohl (£11.75 ) This comes in a super cute Berber carved wooden pot that is decorated in green and red just like the traditional kohl bottles from Tunisia. There are a total of 3 colors available – blue, black and white. The product is a smooth, soft paste made from natural oils and butters and it has a texture similar to a liquid eyeliner. It goes on semi-wet and dries off fast, leaving a pigmented line behind. I definitely like the effect it creates but sadly, this has the tendency to smudge. |

Boy am I in love with Revlon’s Bedroom Eyes Powder Liner ($10) from its latest limited edition collection!
With this baby, all I need to do is draw a line along my lash line then smudge with a q-tip or MAC’s #252 brush and I get the perfect smoky eyes. Talk about fast and easy! There are a total of 6 gorgeous rich colors available and they are all great for the smoky look. I have Fishnet Jet, which is a charcoal black. The color is very pigmented and a little goes a looooong way. The product also goes on really creamy but since it is powder, application can get a little messy and you do get fallouts. I would suggest applying a generous layer of loose powder under your eye to catch any fallouts and tapping the applicator to remove excess before you apply the product. Alternatively, do your foundation and concealer after you use this. Also, this is NOT the product to use to create a fine line – use a liquid eyeliner for that instead. The sponge tip applicator is simply too big for precise application but if you are going for smudgy eyes, this is definitely it.

When I saw these new Bourjois Regard Paillete Glitter Pencil (~$11) on display at Boots, I knew I had to get them. They come in four colors – black, baby blue, teal and brown – and packed with silver glitter. I ended up bring home the black one, Noir éblouissant 31, since I just ran out of black pencil liner.
