The Pure Color Lip Gelee is a new, limited edition product from the Spring 2011 Wild Violet Collection. Unlike the Pure Color Gloss I previously reviewed, this goes on even more lightweight like a clear gloss, with just a touch of color and lots of shine.

Below is me wearing Electric Cherry. The color looks like a sheer orange in the tube but shows up a cherry color on me.

The Pure Color Long Lasting Lipstick, on the other hand, is a denser version of the Pure Color Gloss Stick I loved. It applies smoothly, not-too-drying and with great pigmentation. It does not leave behind a wet finish like the Gloss Stick and stays on quite well. I personally like the look of glossy lips more so I definitely prefer the Color Gloss Stick over this.
