Benefiance Pure Retinol Instant Treatment Eye Mask Review

Shiseido Benefiance Pure Retinol Instant Treatment Eye Mask

The Shiseido Benefiance Pure Retinol Instant Treatment Eye Mask comes in a box with 12 pairs (24 sheets) of individually-packed undereye sheet masks. Each are saturated with hydroxyproline, a high-tech amino acid that parallels skin’s own natural building blocks to help natural collagen production and utilize an exclusive Pure Liquid Retinol Delivery System to visibly improve fine lines, crow’s feet and uneven texture. The masks can also be used around the lips for exceptional smoothing benefits.

Shiseido recommends using this 2-3 times a week. I normally use it once a week, which makes the $62.50 price tag pretty reasonable compared to my favorite myfaceworks i need to open my eyes masks retailed CA$35, which is roughly $35 for a box of 6.

Like your regular sheet mask, you just plop these on the undereye area after cleansing and toning, sit back for 15 minutes and let them work their magic. The masks fit perfectly and felt very comfortable on with no dripping. There was a strong yet pleasant scent and the results were immediate and AMAAAZING! Not only could I feel a firming sensation, my undereye area looked significantly more toned and those nasty undereye circles had faded as well. Must stock up on these!

Shiseido Benefiance Pure Retinol Instant Treatment Eye Mask is available at Sephora and Nordstrom for $62.50.

This product seems promising for brides the night before or right before make up application. Would you recommend for brides?

Yes definitely! However, I’d recommend trying the mask at least a week or two before any big event since it contains Retinol, which can cause peeling in some. If it worked out nicely, you can use it again the night before or right before you do your makeup. The same goes for any new skincare/makeup products actually… you definitely want to stick to something you know would work to avoid any mishaps on your big day.
