My lips are chapped regardless of how much water I drink and how much balm I use (I swear it's a curse!) I'm just glad I found out about the Sensai lipsticks. It suits you very well. I have really dry lips, even when I exfoliate and apply balm. And, I always drink water throughout the day so it's hard to keep my lip color on. I might save up and get one.
