(I bought TWO for myself because I love it so much!) As for the reason why they have red lip liner and black eyeliner is because they pick the most popular colors to put in this pallet. My favorite thing is the face illuminator. I put my primer/foundation/powder all on, then I dust my face with the illuminator and it gives it a beautiful glow! I wish they sold the illuminator separately! I assure you, this pallet is fantastic, the only problem is it is now sold out of stores AND online.
