To get Katy’s look, rim your eyes with a warm gold color and use a gray pencil to line your upper lid. Apply a pair of dense fake lashes on the top and tons of mascara on the bottom. Add just a pop of color along the cheekbones with a peachy blush. Pucker up with a rosy pink lipstick and complete the look with gloss.
