Celebrity Makeup Breakdown: Fresh-faced Lady Gaga In Bad Romance Music Video

The long-awaited music video for Lady Gaga‘s new single, “Bad Romance”, has finally premiered on ladygaga.com today!

In the video, we actually get to see Gaga stripped from the heavy makeup with just fake lashes and a nude lip and she looks *so* much better! Are you ladies digging the look?

To get Gaga’s doe-eyed look, apply a shimmery white/silver color on the eyelid. Tightline the upper lashline with a charcoal pencil (black can be too harsh). Line the lower lid with the same color and smudge with a Q-tip to soften the line. lf you are blessed with long lashes, give them a quick curl and apply several coats of black mascara on top and bottom. For those who need a little help on the length department, apply a pair of long, wispy fake lashes like #Au Naturale from my very own line on the top and mascara on the bottom.

Gaga’s lips are kept nude yet very defined. To achieve the look, depigmentize your lips by dabbing a bit of MAC Lip Erase on top. Your regular liquid foundation or concealer will also do the trick. Next, line your lips with a nude liner and follow with a matching lipstick.

  1. I like this look on her because it is a nice change. It is refreshing from some of the over the top craziness sometimes, though I do appreciate the creativeness behind it.

  2. I really do like this look. But seeing as eyes and lips were talked about i would like to ask this- Hair.. yes its very basic- but.. did anyone else notice the “dragon-like” critter she is sportin in her hair? (watch the vid)… id like to know what it is, who designed it ect. … if anyone knows please tell lol.
