Pigments and Glitters
I was really looking forward to these and boy are they pretty in person!
From top to bottom (left to right):
Heritage Rouge is a permanent color at the PRO stores which I already own. It is a shimmery dark burgundy with brown undertones and the texture and pigmentation is superb.
Gold is exactly as the name suggests – an uber sparkly gold. It is literally chunky pieces of glitter and will not stick onto the skin without a mixing medium.
Reflects Copper is a sparkly orange that is pretty but too warm to be used on the eyes IMO.
Fuschia, unlike its name, is a sparkling purple. Like Gold, it is glitter so you will need to apply with a mixing medium.
Cocomotion is another color that I already own from the Rushmetal collection. It is a warm gold color and reminds me of MAC Old Gold pigment minus the green undertone. Great texture and pigmentation.
Brash & Bold is a new addition to MAC’s pigment collection. It is a warm hot pink with a texture that reminds of MAC Matte Pigments – creamy and smooth.
Reflects Rust is a very sparkly red that looks *hot*! Normally I am not a fan of reds but I picked this up and cannot wait to try it out as an eyeliner!
Push The Edge is also a new color. In the pot, it looks like a dark purple that is similar to MAC Entremauve Pigment but goes on a lot brighter and very shimmery. When blended out, it reminds me of a darker version of MAC Violet Pigment.
