ChapStick True Shimmer Review and Giveaway

I am always on the hunt for a good lip balm to fight my curse of chapped lips, and my latest find is good old ChapStick’s newest invention, ChapStick True Shimmer.

The ChapStick True Shimmer is basically your regular ChapStick with tiny silver shimmer to keep your lips moisturized while giving them that extra pop of shine. All you have to do is glide it on and your lips will feel instantly softer and shinier with no stickiness. It also comes in four yummy flavors – Botanical Berry (my favorite), Tropical, Peppermint Rush and Blended Fruit Sherbet – which all smell great! Plus it only retails $2.79 and is available at all drugstores nationwide. So ladies, no more excuses for walking around with chapped lips!

Now you can win a free ChapStick True Shimmer in Tropical or Peppermint Rush to try for yourself! Simply leave a comment under this entry with your name and e-mail address by July 16th 2009. The winners will be picked randomly and notified via e-mail. Good luck!

  1. I know you mentioned the chapstick is moisturizing, but what about for someone who often has dry lips? I have tried so many lip balms, and so far the most useful has been the Rosebud Salve. Would love to know if this is a good alternative, because I would like to find something that doesn’t need to be applied with my fingers!
